Deposit Policy
There is a non refundable 50% deposit per angler.
You agree to cover this Deposit with cash, Venmo @jay-daly-3, check or credit card, in advance.
You agree to share this policy with your guests and collect this fee before you include them in your head count.
When you reserve a fishing trip we save those seats exclusively for your party. Our seasons are short, expenses are high and there are not large numbers of people to draw on to fill last-minute cancellations.
Should an angler decide to cancel within 7 days of the trip date or not show up at our agreed upon meeting place by the appointed time the angler will be charged their remaining trip balance.
I reserve the right to cancel your trip due to dangerous weather, unsafe boating conditions or poor fishing. I want you to catch fish safely. In this case any deposit would be refunded.
All guests are expected to read and fill out the “Trip Check In” using the link on FightClubOutdoors.com well prior to departure.
Please double check the number of people AND the date before payment.
